In my #5 posting, I already wrote about Atomic habit and my writing ‘habit’ on this Substack platform. After that, I wanted to do one more: exercise! It’s been around FIVE days since I am doing 20 (semi) push ups and five crunches. It takes 1+ min. It is NOT a lot, but given how much I hate exercise, this one min a day is A Lot to me!
