After that, I wanted to do one more: exercise! It’s been around FIVE days since I am doing 20 (semi) push ups and five crunches. It takes 1+ min. It is NOT a lot, but given how much I hate exercise, this one min a day is A Lot to me!
What do you want to start doing? It doesn’t have to be grandious. It may take ~5 min of your time. Please share with me what you decide to do. ;-)
