I wish I could sleep in. It is 4:30 am. Again and again I try to go back to sleep, but I can’t.
I am in the middle of my two weeks off from work, and again I am up at 4:30 am this morning. I idled in bed for an hour, trying to go back to sleep. Then, I remembered a clean-up work I wanted to do. I got up and did that for some time. Wait. Maybe I wasted all morning to cleaning? I look at the clock. It’s… only… 6:30 am. Ah-ha! I still have time for blog and yoga, and maybe a couple of other things before anyone wakes up.
I can’t help it. It’s a habit. 1. I get up early in the morning between 4:00 - 6:00 amish (when I am not too tired). 2. I have so much energy in the morning. 3. I am so hungry when I get up. 4. By afternoon, my energy level dies down.
