My father-in-law is 72 years old this year with full of black hair. Not a single gray hair. One of my friends has so amazing gray hair that I once visited a hair salon and asked for the same gray color only to hear ‘no, impossible’. My hair is too black to become gray.
Well, maybe I don’t have to dye my hair after all. This morning I saw this short gray hair right in on my hair part. I would probably ignore small changes on my hair, but it got me think about aging and living ‘for’.
What have I lived for so far? What will I live for for the next 50+ years? Maybe my body nudges me once in a while like this gray hair to remind me to live a life that is worthy.
