I remember writing about 10 min morning yoga. Now I started doing it in the evening.
I just have to say from my ‘mini pre/post testing’ experience, it improved my sleep quality by 200% :). I often wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to sleep right away. Insomnia! This week, every time I went to bed after this 10 min stretch this week, I woke up feeling super refreshed. Praise the Lord! ;-)
I think I found my secret source of good night sleep. I will write later whether this is a long term solution, or was it just this week. :)
