Yes you saw it right. I AM really going to talk about a meeting about meetings. ;-) I run a weekly Run The Business (RTB) meeting with 20 to 30 people. That is a lot of responsibility to make sure the hour is worthwhile.
In the meeting about meetings this week, the attendees discussed about the goals of the recurring meeting, what’s working, and what’s not. I got a chance to look deeper into what I should be doing or stop doing to make it more efficient and actionable. Really enlightening!
