I have never seen such overwhelming corporate responses across the globe to any tragedy to this degree. Why such an active response? Maybe it is because, unlike Hurricane Katrina or Japan’s tsunami, employees in these companies are impacted by COVID-19 directly & overwhelmingly. It is very real issue to everyone coming up with these programs.
