#14 First thing in the morning

Tim Ferriss’ morning routine is

  1. Make your bed

  2. 10-15 push up

  3. Journaling

  4. 10-20 min of meditation

My routine used to be

  1. Grab my phone, Phone browsing

  2. Get up, go downstairs, and make my coffee

  3. Make kids snack, prepare kids clothes

  4. Work or read a book

Now my routine is

  1. Grab my phone. Start writing on the this blog post. It takes 10-30 min, depending on topics.

  2. 20 semi push-up and 5 crunches

  3. Go downstairs and make coffee

  4. Start my day (prepare for kids, read or work)
