Grab my phone, Phone browsing
Get up, go downstairs, and make my coffee
Make kids snack, prepare kids clothes
Work or read a book
Now my routine is
Grab my phone. Start writing on the this blog post. It takes 10-30 min, depending on topics.
20 semi push-up and 5 crunches
Go downstairs and make coffee
Start my day (prepare for kids, read or work)
